The warranty on your machine
Every new MACH sweeper and M-series scrubber-dryer we supply comes with the manufacturer's warranty from Eureka S.p.A., who build the machines in Cittadella.
What is covered, for how long, and under what conditions varies by machine and by how it is used, so we set the terms out in writing with your quotation rather than in general terms on a web page. Ask us for the warranty on a specific model and we will send it to you before you commit to anything.
Backed by parts and our own engineers
A warranty covers the machine's first stretch. What decides whether it is still earning its keep in year seven is whether the wearing parts are still available and whether anybody is looking after it — and that is the part we control directly.
Eureka build the range with accessible components and long parts availability, and we service what we sell from our own depot. A machine kept in brushes, blades, filters and batteries goes on working; one left to run its consumables into the ground gets written off years early.

Confirming the terms for your machine
Warranty terms travel with the machine and the application, so the honest answer to "what is the guarantee?" is always model-specific. Tell us which machine you are considering, and how and where it will be worked, and we will confirm the applicable terms in writing alongside the quotation.
