Sweeping you sit on
A ride-on sweeper earns its place on distance. Once the round runs to thousands of square metres — a distribution floor, a production hall, a yard or a car park — walking it stops being the constraint on how clean the site is; time is. These four MACH machines sweep between 1,055 and 2,100 mm a pass at up to 14 km/h, so one operator covers in an hour what would otherwise take most of a shift.
They step up in duty as well as size: the MACH 2 is the entry point at 1,055 mm and a 62-litre hopper, the MACH 3 PRO is the battery workhorse for daily indoor use, the MACH 5 adds hydraulic drive and a 150 kg high-dump hopper, and the MACH 8 is the heavy-duty diesel or LPG machine with a 500-litre hopper for the toughest external sites.

01 Which ride-on suits my site?
Match the sweeping path to the floor and the hopper to the debris. The MACH 2 sweeps 1,055 mm and holds 62 litres — enough for a modest warehouse. The MACH 3 PRO sweeps 1,200 mm at close to 10,000 m² an hour with an 85-litre hopper, which covers most daily indoor duties. The MACH 5 goes to 1,400 mm and a 150 kg hopper, and the MACH 8 to 2,100 mm and 500 litres at up to 29,400 m² an hour for large external sites.
02 Can I run a ride-on indoors?
Battery machines, yes — the MACH 2 and MACH 3 PRO are battery-driven with no exhaust and low noise, so they can work through a shift alongside people. Engine machines are for outdoor and well-ventilated work: the MACH 5 offers a Kubota diesel option, and the MACH 8 is diesel or petrol/LPG. If the same machine has to do both, the battery MACH 3 PRO or MACH 5 is the safer specification.
03 How do you empty a hopper that size?
You do not lift it. The MACH 5 uses a hydraulic high-dump hopper rated to 150 kg, and the MACH 8 discharges at a dump height of 1,580 mm — the operator drives to a skip or bin and tips from the seat. The smaller MACH 2 and MACH 3 PRO have hoppers the operator withdraws and empties by hand, which is quick at 62 and 85 litres.
04 What about weight — will it suit my floor and access?
Worth checking before you order. These machines run from 232 kg on the MACH 2 to 340–426 kg on the MACH 3 PRO, 785–920 kg on the MACH 5 and 2,054 kg on the MACH 8. Mezzanines, lift capacities, ramps and older floor slabs all set a practical ceiling, and so does door width. Send us the access route and we will confirm what will physically get in.
