Servicing, parts, breakdown support and operator handover for MACH sweepers and M-series scrubber-dryers — from our own UK team in Alcester.
When you buy or hire a machine from us, the people who advise you are the people who service it. Our own engineers work on MACH sweepers and M-series scrubber-dryers every week, so a question about brush wear, squeegee marks or battery run time gets answered by someone who has had that machine apart.
Tell us your floor area and finish, what ends up on the floor, and the shift pattern the machine has to fit around, and we will help you specify the right one — or get an existing machine working properly again.
A floor machine earns its keep by being ready every shift, and that comes down to a handful of wearing parts: brushes and brooms, squeegee blades, filters, seals and — on battery machines — the batteries and charger.
We will set a servicing interval to suit how hard the machine actually works rather than a generic schedule, carry the service out, and fit the parts while we are there. Machines that are checked on a rhythm hold their sweeping and drying performance and stay worth something at the end.
Call us with the model and what it is doing — or not doing. A good number of faults on a sweeper or scrubber-dryer are diagnosable over the phone and fixable with a part in the post: a worn squeegee blade, a blocked recovery filter, a brush set past its adjustment range, a battery that is no longer holding charge.
When it needs an engineer rather than a part, we will book one in and tell you honestly when we can be with you.
Every machine is delivered with a full operator handover: how to set the brushes and squeegee for your floor, how to charge and look after the batteries, what the daily checks are, and what to do at the end of a shift.
Getting the first hour right is what stops the avoidable problems — the streaking, the flat batteries, the brushes worn out in half their life. Ride-on MACH machines are plant rather than road vehicles, so no licence is needed to operate one on your own site.
A machine is only as supportable as its parts supply, and Eureka S.p.A. build the MACH and M-series ranges with parts availability measured in years rather than product cycles. We supply the consumables and wearing parts for every machine we sell and hire, matched to your exact model.
For servicing, a breakdown or a parts enquiry, get in touch with your machine model and a short description of what you need. If you are not sure which model you have, a photo of the machine plate is enough for us to identify it.
