Information We Collect
We collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, company, email address, telephone number and the details of your enquiry or quote request. When you visit the site we also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type and the pages you view, through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for more.
How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, provide technical guidance, supply and support equipment, and keep proper records. Our lawful bases are your consent, the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We only send marketing where you have agreed to receive it, and you can opt out at any time. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for these purposes and to meet our legal obligations.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary — for example with trusted providers who host our website, handle enquiries, or help us deliver and support equipment, and with our manufacturing partners where this is needed to fulfil your request. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Any provider acting on our behalf must keep your data secure and use it only as we instruct.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to restrict, object to, or port how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data — though we would welcome the chance to put things right first.
