Parts and consumables for MACH floor sweepers and M-series scrubber-dryers — brushes, squeegee blades, filters, batteries and the rest of the wearing kit, matched to your model by our own UK team.
MACH sweepers and M-series scrubber-dryers are built by Eureka S.p.A. in Cittadella, and they are built to be worked on: accessible components, parts availability measured in years rather than product cycles. That is a large part of why we chose the range — we service what we sell, so supportability is not somebody else's problem.
Tell us the model and we will match the part. Brush length, bristle grade and squeegee rubber all get chosen for the floor the machine runs on, not just the machine it fits — which is the difference between a scrubber-dryer that leaves a floor dry and one that streaks.
Brushes are the part of the machine actually doing the work, and they are the first thing to check when a sweeper starts leaving a line behind it or a scrubber-dryer stops lifting the grime.
The squeegee is what makes a scrubber-dryer a scrubber-dryer: it recovers the water so the floor is walkable straight away. Blades wear as a matter of course, and a worn or wrongly specified blade is behind most complaints about streaking and wet floors.
MACH sweepers draw the dust they lift through a filter into the hopper instead of throwing it back into the air — which is the whole point of a mechanical sweeper over a broom. That only holds while the filter is clean and intact. Scrubber-dryers carry their own recovery-tank filters and float shut-offs.
On a battery machine the batteries are the single biggest thing standing between you and a finished floor, and they are consumable — they have a working life, and how they are charged decides how long that life is.
We supply replacement batteries and chargers for the MACH and M-series battery machines, and will talk you through the charging routine that gets the most out of them. If a machine is not covering the ground it used to, the batteries are the first thing worth testing.
Tell us your machine model and the part you need — a part number if you have one, or a description of the part or the problem. If you are not sure which model you have, a photo of the machine plate is enough. Our own UK team will identify the right item and get it to you.
Not sure which brush grade or squeegee rubber you need? Tell us the floor — sealed concrete, coated, tiled, outdoor tarmac — and what ends up on it, and we will specify it for you.
