A warehouse is two cleaning jobs, not one. Dry grit, shrink-wrap, pallet splinters and dust belong to a sweeper; tyre marks, spillage and ground-in soiling on a finished floor belong to a scrubber-dryer. Plenty of sites run one of each — a sweeper through the racking and yard doors, a scrubber-dryer on the pick faces and despatch.
Size on the area you actually clean and the window you have to clean it in, then check it fits. Book figures below are straight-line productivity at full speed; on a real floor with racking legs, turns and doorways, plan on roughly half. A machine that cannot finish inside the shift quietly hands the floor back to a mop, which is the most expensive outcome on this page.
Aisle width decides format before anything else: a ride-on needs room to turn at the ends, a wide walk-behind does not. If you are unsure, we will walk the floor free of charge and size it properly — or you can hire the machine for a month and let your own aisles settle it.

Work back from the area and the time you have. The MACH 2 covers about 5,800 m²/h, the MACH 3 PRO about 10,000 m²/h, and on the scrubbing side the M810 does roughly 3,650 m²/h with the ride-on M1000 at 7,200 m²/h. Those are book figures in a straight line — on a racked floor with turns and doorways, plan on about half. Tell us the area and the window and we will size it against your own floor.
That is the question to settle first, and it is why we measure rather than guess. A ride-on needs turning room at the aisle ends as well as clearance down them; where that is tight, a wide-path walk-behind like the M810 cleans nearly as much floor per hour without needing the space to turn.
Yes — every machine here except the diesel MACH 8 is battery or manual, so there are no exhaust fumes and noise stays at a level people can work alongside. Sweepers draw the dust they lift through an on-board filter into the hopper rather than throwing it back into the air.
No. Ride-on sweepers and scrubber-dryers are plant rather than road vehicles, so no licence is needed to operate one on your own site. Every machine is delivered with a full operator handover covering the daily checks and how to set it for your floor.
If the floor gets cleaned every shift, all year, buying usually wins inside a couple of years. For a seasonal peak, a contract you might not renew, or a machine you have not proved yet, hire — and a month on your own floor answers the sizing question better than any specification sheet.
